Founded in 2007, Cougar Communications is a close corporation specializing in fibre optic fusion splicing, OTDR diagnostics and repair. Our range of services includes the supply and installation of IT network & Telephone cabling, fibre optic accessories and hardware, site-auditing and reporting.
